Abstract

The concluding chapter maintains the primary purpose of the research as being to explain “veiling fashion” in Kuwait and the study demonstrates how this veiling fashion phenomenon is presented as a religious devotion by many respondents. It demonstrates how the Kuwaiti veiling environment differs from other Middle Eastern and Western countries as it is not only a religious expression, but one which combines culture and religion with fashion and beauty.
