Abstract
Just a decade ago, Asian markets were not on the global map of innovation hotspots. The focus was on Silicon Valley and Israel. But today, that has all changed. China, once known primarily as the factory of the world, and India, long a global capital for outsourcing, have moved into the spotlight as start-up nations.
