Abstract

I’m willing to bet that your “to-do” list reflects as many as a dozen priorities. Sure, there are everyday tasks that have to be done to keep things humming, but how many of those priority projects are accomplishing medium- to long-term goals? How many take you away from those goals, but you would feel weird setting them aside? Why are you allowing this list to keep you from doing the most important things really well?
