Abstract

Apathetic miscommunication is the third sin of innovation. We’ve already seen, in the first two sins, that failures to communicate purpose and vision can block entrepreneurial efforts. But there are many additional ways that miscommunication can undermine efforts to innovate, and arguably the worst is when the poor communicators don’t even care, when there’s apathy on top of incompetence. Let’s consider the various forms.
