Abstract

Corporate financial restructuring involves activities both inside and outside the company. These actions taken within the company basically comprise:

  • Defining the liquidity problem: why, how much and when.

  • Preparing an internal financial plan, including a short-term treasury plan and a plan for medium- and long-term profitability.

  • Strategy for negotiations with the group of banks: what do we offer, to whom and under what conditions?

  • Preliminary proposal to put to the group of financial institutions.
