Abstract
Boardroom decision-making process during crisis is a crucial concern both from a theoretical viewpoint and a practitioner’s viewpoint. Boardroom interpretation of crisis shapes current decision-making and, through this, both organizational reactions to crisis and organizational ability to perform effectively in the future and, eventually, when crisis will be left behind both at the corporate and global levels.
