Abstract

As the world economy is integrated and capital flows are liberalized, national economies, especially those dependent on international trade and finance, are increasingly vulnerable to financial crisis, and every government looks to other countries for best practices in crisis management and prevention. The need for national examples is particularly acute in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis as every country has been negatively affected by the crisis and struggles to find its way to recovery.
