Abstract
This book has offered a journey through the evolving value networks of the different industries, pointing to the fast-changing relationships within these different elements of the value networks, following the way they interact in a mostly non-linear fashion. It explored the ways in which the different registers and technical layers (technological infrastructures, distribution and intermediation, and content) are being (re)articulated within a broader context. Each segment was born and grew with a specific chain of actors around specific technologies. Digitization brings a novel way to disrupt/modify and unify the entire value chain, from creation/production to consumption.
