Abstract

In this chapter we propose various possibilities for implementing hybrid models based on the free economic zone (FEZ), the incubator, the industrial district, the cluster, and open incubator models, in order to generate “new economies” based on shared economic interests between Egypt, Israel, Jordan, and Palestine.
