Abstract
WHEN YOU BREAK IT DOWN to the simplest level, there are only four questions you must answer to transform your hidden challenges at work into opportunities for improved learning and performance: (1) What is the root cause of my challenge? (2) How can I see it from various perspectives to get the full picture? (3) What underlying pattern holds the unwanted experience and outcomes in place? (4) And, what action can I take to resolve the challenge?
