Abstract
I CONDUCTED THE RESEARCH, TESTED the concepts, refined the practices, and literally “wrote the book” on the hidden curriculum of work However, the true teachers for me have been the countless leaders and organizational team members whose everyday experiences with the hidden side of work—and their willingness to trust me to work together on solving them—marked the way. The purpose of this chapter is to share some of those everyday experiences from people who peeled back the layers of their hidden curriculum of work and successfully used the R-I-T-E Model to get their breakthrough.
