Rethinking the Way We Work

  • Chapter

Abstract

WHILE MOST ORGANIZATIONS CAREFULLY SELECT, train, and support their people to meet the challenges of the jobs they are hired to fill, I have yet to encounter an organization that hires, trains, and manages people based on the realities of the hidden curriculum of work.
