WORK IS THE INESCAPABLE OBLIGATION that defines our lives. However, it isn’t the organization we work for or the position we hold; what defines us is how we work. Whether you are an individual contributor, a manager, or the leader of an entire organization, you have to work well. Your current performance depends on it. Your access to better assignments and future advancement depend on it. And your quality of life depends on it.
