99%? The numbers just don’t add up, since the complementary figure is far less than 1%, which leaves a lot more slop than any legitimate accountant might expect or be willing to sign off on. But since we’ve experienced a crisis that illuminates the material discrepancy of these percentages, let’s revisit some historical constellation points to help provide context.
