According to the Strokes Account of lucky events, the notion lucky event is not the most fundamental or basic luck concept; it is instead parasitic on the notion stroke of luck. But what, exactly, is a stroke of luck? When, precisely, is an event a stroke of (good or bad) luck for a subject?
