Abstract
Some children learn how to deal with conflict through the rough and tumble of family life and others do not. Schools, both across the United Kingdom and worldwide, are reporting that they have to deal with conflict between children, between teachers and children and even between parents and teachers. This chapter describes a conflict resolution program, targeting pupils in years three and four (aged seven and eight), which was delivered in eight schools in South London.
