Abstract
This chapter addresses the challenge of identifying and (re)assembling the different dimensions of, and perspectives on, globalization in an emergent global city, Sydney. Its main purpose is to show how the challenges that face Sydney as a global city can be understood in a more nuanced way that both enlarges our perspectives on the processes of globalization and illustrates the interconnectedness of the challenges that these processes generate.
