Abstract
In this chapter I shall attempt to describe the transformation journey and the challenges faced by governors, staff, pupils, and parents as they sought to transform Holywood High School to become Priory Integrated College. Additionally I will endeavor to evaluate the impact becoming an integrated college had upon the school and wider community.
