Abstract

Chapter 4 explored survey data on political capabilities spillovers. The data provided evidence of changes to learning and networks throughout Honduras and Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. The descriptive data were unable to show, however, the key factors that impact individual-level spillovers. This chapter presents a series of regressions that identify the factors that are most likely to generate spillover effects.
