Abstract
The equity value of private companies can be configured in different ways depending on the objective that the valuation process is intended to achieve (Coda, 1966; Zanda et al., 1994; 1996; Damodaran, 1996; Burgstahler and Libby, 1997; Guatri and Bini, 2009; Annunziata, 2011).
