Abstract

Based on our experience of working with many women in our role as consultant, trainer, coach and researcher, we continue to hear about women who have to deal with significant challenge and inequality in their career and we felt that researching this area to determine and report on the current landscape for women would be a useful contribution for industry and organizations.
