Abstract
“Where there’s blame, there’s a claim”. The blame culture has crossed the Atlantic. The old-fashioned Shackleton-epitomized virtues of endurance, fortitude and stoicism are but memories. “Screwing the system”, that battlecryof the sixties is now a baby boomer and generation-X pastime.
