Abstract
The chapter has three main objectives: (1) to highlight the importance of gender analysis to the debate on environmental justice; (2) to encourage more academic research and activism on gender and the environment in the Caribbean; and (3) to influence policy makers, practitioners, and advocates to mainstream gender in environmental policies and programs.1
