Abstract

This chapter will show you how to

  • overcome variables in collaborative issues;

  • continue to collaborate through revision;

  • maintain communication between collaborators;

  • maintain the chain of command;

  • redefine roles in the collaborative team;

  • learn how to “let go” of your favorite elements; and

  • complete a cohesive design.

You have presented your design to your fellow collaborators. Their responses were measured but positive. Your response to their work was measured but positive. You see some elements in everyone’s work that presents larger issues, which could be problematic in the future. You see elements of your design that do not mingle with the elements of others’ to create a cohesive production. This is exactly where you should be in the process.
