Abstract
AN INTERNATIONAL niche business has been defined earlier as a business with wide market scope and a narrow product focus which enables it to retain its flexibility as it grows and, at the same time, keep its production costs and overheads low. The way in which such a business can be developed is now examined under the headings of market scope, product focus, staff management and cost control.
