Abstract
In the first two parts of this essay, the process of cultural transformation has been described. It is a process in which the entire worldview of persons and of an entire society is transformed, and as a result, the prevailing cultural model is replaced with a new one. Such a transformation is now underway in contemporary global culture. I have argued that it is essential to attempt to facilitate this process by undertaking self-conscious TL exercises.
