Abstract
Terri Lund was not looking forward to the forthcoming meeting with the CEO of Amalgamated Power. It was the first one-to-one meeting since Neville Smythe had become CEO following the very acrimonious and public departure of the previous CEO, and Terri Lund had to report some bad news.
