Epilogue: Teachers Exploring Research

To conclude the collection of ‘explorations’ that make up this book, I decided to ask the contributors for their views on doing research. From the responses to my small-scale survey I identified a number of key qualities and conditions that are considered necessary for carrying out classroom explorations and research, and compiled a list of the contributors’ ‘top ten tips’ for getting started with explorations like those described in this book.
