Abstract

In the 2002 movie Minority Report, starring Tom Cruise and directed by Steven Spielberg, there is a scene that should excite the interest of anyone with a professional interest in customer loyalty. Set in the year 2054, the movie depicts a fairly benevolent society where everyone is identifiable by personal retina scanning.
