Abstract

Investors continue to seek maximum returns on investment. However they are faced by increasing regulatory controls on their activities, and lay a significant proportion of this responsibility off onto their intermediaries. This chapter looks at several key issues from the investor perspective, and gives practical advice about how to ensure that the intermediaries concerned have the right tools in place to minimize risk to the investor.
