Abstract

The empirical work reported in this book has been subject to a number of limitations. Firstly, sample sizes have been small. This has especially been a limitation when studying segments of the samples. Although the results reported have mostly been statistically significant, all samples have been selected on a convenience basis and results cannot therefore be generalised.
