Epilogue From Emotional to Symbolic Man
Emotional logic introduces the interaction between two entities (external and internal environments) and is represented by two concepts: “the situation” and the “definition of the situation”. These two concepts enable us to see the profound gap between rational prediction and behavioral reality, particularly during trials and difficult situations where emotional production is great.
