Preview The Concept of Emotional Production

  • Christian Bourion

Emotional production is considered a “soft” subject and, as such, is not much cared for by the exact sciences. Nevertheless, even given this attitude which falsely simplifies survey results, and even despite measurement difficulties, the concept is being introduced little by little in the work of decisions in, and arbitration of, difficult situations. This troubles the classical models, which preside over employment market descriptions, and seriously questions the caricature of the “emotionally correct” candidate in recruitment agencies.
