Abstract

Organisations need both a mind shift and a skill shift. As your aim is no less than transformation of your organisation, inevitably you will be working to change the mindset of all employees: executives, managers and staff. Most current management thinking stems from the mass-production paradigm. Revealing, challenging, and then replacing the old paradigm is what Re-Mind is all about.
