Abstract
This volume brings together a series of well-informed, thoughtful and stimulating essays which were based on papers delivered at the 32nd Otago Foreign Policy School. The contributors have dealt in depth with various aspects of what is a broad subject-Security in a post-Cold War World. What I can usefully do is to try to pull together some of the threads and attempt to give an overall view of the subject.
