Abstract

According to the argument so far presented, one might now say that, in spite of their views on social rights being opposed, Friedrich A. Hayek and Raymond Plant share in fact an important common assumption about these very social rights: they both view them as giving rise to (Hayek), or being the expression of (Plant), a common and positive pattern of distribution or social justice.
