Abstract

Five years ago, email was the dominant form of written communication in the workplace. It probably still is, in most businesses, but what has changed is the expansion in ways it can be delivered. No more the fixed PC on the desk, we have moved through laptops of varying shapes and sizes onto Blackberry, iPhone and other smartphones, and more recently on tablets like the iPad.
