Abstract

Agata Halczewska-Figuet’s case recounts the experience of a coach who is asked to provide additional support to a participant whom the faculty teaching the program consider particularly vulnerable. The coach and participant engage in discussions related to the latter’s career transition plans. Although the relationship has never been formalized, the coachee continuously contacts the coach, asking for advice.
