Abstract

For all our analysis to this point of the difficulties of the workplace, and the significance of our relationships and culture, we would not wish to forward the argument that the modern world of work is broken beyond repair. However, it is in the nature of management and leadership thinking that we strive for continuous improvement, not only in terms of system and process efficiency, but also, more importantly, in the way we treat people.
