Abstract

Preplanning, whether you know what you want to do or you don’t have any idea is important, making the transition easier, the oh- shit moments less traumatic and a way to adapt when “the phone stops ringing.”

Alice came to a fork in the road. “Which road do I take?” she asked.

“Where do you want to go?” responded the Cheshire cat.

“I don’t know,” Alice answered

“Then,” said the cat, “it doesn’t matter.”
