Abstract
Leading organizations is first and foremost about creating value. It’s about making the organization stronger, richer and fitter, with better processes, products and offerings. A primary mission for a manager or leader is to leave the organization in a better shape than he or she received it in, and the purpose of this book is to provide some guidelines on what to think about in that process. In the first part of the book I outlined the characteristics of the emerging business landscape under the headline of The T-economy, while in the second part I have introduced some of the performance drivers in that economy. In this final chapter, the ambition is to put it all together into an integrated framework for how to turn your business into a jamming organization: a value-creating entity fit for the future.
The future belongs to those companies that are masters of Aha!
