Abstract
As we have already mentioned, Guinness has been able to remain in its industry for more than 250 years. We cannot account for this with a macro industry analysis as presented in the previous chapter. To gain an insight into the competitive situation of Guinness (or any other company) we need a finer, more specific industry analysis.
