Abstract

This chapter, after a brief overview, presents the case studies which will be discussed and analysed in Chapter 6.1. This chapter seeks to clarify and discuss some of the problems, possibilities, and risks the informant companies face, and analyses six explanatory case studies of knowledge-based approaches to marketing.
