Abstract
Documents 34 and 35 are indicative of the broad canvas of feminist thoughtin the early nineteenth century, encompassing demands for political, civic, domestic and spiritual freedom and sexual reform, as well as suggesting specific remedies such as petitioning and feminist organizations.
