Abstract

The Grand Duchy of Luxemburg, situated between Belgium, France and Germany, is a constitutional monarchy, the hereditary sovereignty being in the Nassau family, in conformity with the Pact of 30 June, 1783, and Article 71 of the Treaty of Vienna of 9 June, 1815, and the first Article of the Treaty of London on 11 May, 1867.
