Abstract
In this chapter we progress to a more detailed elaboration of trial transformation in order to achieve humanitarian justice. Prior to interrogating the essential victim constituency for humanitarian justice (chapter 3) and its essential communitarian context, it makes sense to reiterate the decision site model which we shall employ to plot transformation.1 We conclude our consideration of what will underpin trial transformation by introducing the problem scenario which forms a binding analytical technique through the chapters to come.
