Abstract
Let’s begin this book with an examination of the behaviors, attitudes and dynamics which constitute workplace bullying. The chapter will start by examining your experiences of bullying in the workplace. It will then define what ‘workplace bullying’ is and highlight the intentions of people who use bullying behavior at work. It will move on to identify a range of behaviors that bullies often employ when bullying their colleagues before providing you with some examples to illustrate these themes. Let’s start with you and your experiences of observing or handling bullying behavior at work.
