Abstract
In order for the board of directors of a corporation to be effective, balanced information regarding the corporation must be shared with all the members systematically and in a timely manner. Balance refers not only to the different dimensions of information, but also to its detail. Relevance and context are two key elements for board information.
Time stays long enough for anyone who will use it.
