Abstract
With the members of your sibling team spending so much time in the business and so much time with each other, you may lose sight of what family business is all about: family. That is, each sibling’s own nuclear family and extended family— Mom and Dad, brothers and sisters and their spouses, and your nieces and nephews. Without their love, happiness, goodwill, and support, a sibling partnership can falter.
