Abstract

Individual positive relationships with kids in the program are at the core of both TPSR and youth leadership. As we mentioned earlier, the three Rs of youth work are “relational, relational, relational.” For that reason, we have devoted an entire chapter to it.

Kids will remember what you said to them some of the time. And, they will remember what you did with them some of the time. But they will always remember how you made them feel.
